• What is the Texas Bushwhacker Rally?

Once a year in the early Spring, owners of Bushwhacker Teardrop Trailers gather in Texas for a weekend of camping, companionship and fun.

• When is the Rally?

The Rally will be held from Thursday 03/13/25 at Noon till Sunday 03/16/25 at 6:00 PM.

• Where is the Rally?

The Rally will be located on a private piece of land located at 2070 Lime Kiln Rd, San Marcos, TX 78666.

• What does the Rally cost?

Event tickets are $100 per trailer plus $25 per adult. The cost of the ticket includes camping for the entire weekend, live music, Saturday BBQ and more. Click here to Purchase Tickets.

• What type of campsites are available?

Campsites will be situated around the property in flat, grassy fields. They will be roughly 20'x30' in size. Exact location of individual campsites will be on a first come, first served basis. This is a boondocking event so there will not be any hookups at any of the campsites.

• What type of amenities will be available at camp?

Bathrooms with flush toilets and sink. Potable water bibs at various locations. Electricity for recharging devices at various locations. A dumpster for trash.  A 10'x20' outdoor kitchen with serving counter. A large sheltered hangout at main camp.

• Are dogs allowed?

Well behaved dogs are always welcome. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

• Are fires allowed?

Barring a County Fire Ban, fires will be permitted in pre existing fire pits on the property.  The main camp has a large fire pit for a group fire.

• Are generators allowed?

While generators are allowed, please be aware that we will be camping in a quiet, country setting in close proximity to our fellow campers. We hold the Texas Rally in March so that hopefully the temperatures are never too extreme and that air conditioning is not necessary. ​​​​​​​
